By submitting an application, registering, or making a payment for Vision to Revenue™ services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Program Participation
Vision to Revenue™ provides business education, strategy, and positioning services. Participation does not guarantee revenue generation, funding approval, or specific business outcomes.
Payment Terms
Registration fees and installment payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment plans are provided as a convenience. Full payment must be completed prior to the in-person VIP experience.
Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access or participation without refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, presentations, recordings, and content provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Vision to Revenue™ and its affiliated entities. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written consent.
Access & Conduct
We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unethical, or inconsistent with the intent of the program, without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Vision to Revenue™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program or use of provided materials.
Communications Consent
By submitting forms or registering, you consent to receive communications related to program participation, scheduling, and delivery.
Modifications
Vision to Revenue™ reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, delivery format, or these terms at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of florida.
